We take great care in packaging your order. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. You will receive tracking information once your package has shipped.
Please note that processing times may vary, especially during periods of high demand or new launches.
USA SHIPPING
Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $200 USD.
For our U.S. customers, purchases up to $800 USD are exempt from customs, import duties, and tax charges.
MEXICO SHIPPING
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Mexico.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs, import duties, and tax charges in accordance with your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN POLICY
We meticulously inspect all merchandise before shipping. In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at contact@lacoteclub.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Include the subject line: Return and your #OrderNumber, along with a photo and the reason for the return. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request.
EXCHANGES
We regret that we are unable to process exchanges at this time.

La Côte Club is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit. For such issues, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
We are not liable for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by your country.
As a small business, we cannot cover the costs for items lost in transit or issue refunds for items marked as delivered or signed for according to tracking information.
If a package is not collected in time and is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs both to and from the delivery address. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure timely pickup, contact the courier to avoid returns or reschedule delivery, or authorize someone to collect the package on their behalf.
Please note that La Côte Club cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe and is not responsible for delays due to customs or other external factors. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable for delayed packages.
