Order and Payment
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact us via our Contact Us form and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
At La Côte Club, we take online security very seriously. We process all sales through a secure Stripe Payments system. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Stripe Payments is an encrypted and digitally-signed protocol that is secure and tamper-proof.
We also offer Paypal as an additional payment option.
Can I cancel my order?
All shipped orders cannot be canceled.
If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer service via our Contact Us form.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
What if a receive a product in bad condition?
At La Côte Club we are committed to our quality. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

What is Gold Vermeil?
Gold vermeil is a process where a layer of gold, at least 2.5 microns thick, is applied onto .925 solid sterling silver to create a finish that is five times thicker than regular gold plating. This thicker layer not only makes it more durable, but it also gives the same touch and feel as solid gold, providing a luxurious and high-quality appearance.
Does your jewelry contain nickel?
La Côte Club jewelry does not contain nickel.

When will my favorite item be restocked?
All of our pieces are handcrafted in small batches. Our most popular styles can sell out quickly and we do our best to restock as often as possible.
